The DesCombes Hay Doc

Hay Doc

DesCombes’ Hay Doc offers In-Field service and support on all Vermeer Forage equipment. He covers Bates, Benton, Cass, Henry, Johnson, Saint Clair, Pettis, and Vernon counties.

Meet Ben

Ben started at DesCombes in May of 2023 and has quickly proved to be just the man to take on the role of Hay Doc. He went to Vermeer service school shortly after joining the DesCombes team and passed with flying colors. Before becoming the Hay Doc he trained and worked as a welder and has a farm and mechanical background. 

Offerings

Ben will be offers In-Field Service, Winter Service, and Pre-Season Maintenance, weather and schedule permitting. So, call now to book with Ben while appointments last at (417)399-3324.

Our Story

At DesCombes Agri-Business, Inc., has provided in-field service since it opened in 1941. In 2016 committed further to this service by employing someone to work specifically in-field and purchased a truck for him to get there. 

The Hay Doc Truck

The Hay Doc Truck carries a variety of Vermeer wear parts and is based at DesCombes Ag. It has the capability to pull equipment, and do regular repairs and maintenance.
